Organic Veggie Pizza Crust

Pizza does not have to be off our list of healthy foods because there are delicious ways to prepare this fabulous dish. Try this organic cauliflower and garlic crust and top it with your favorite healthy ingredients. It’s sure to be a hit!


  • 1 1/2 pounds organic cauliflower
  • 1 egg (from pasture raised chickens)
  • 1/2 cup of raw cheese (cheddar, monterrey, your favorite)
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
  • 1 clove of crushed organic garlic
  • Pinch of sea or Himalayan salt


  • Heat over to 400 Fahrenheit
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper
  • Chop cauliflower into medium chunks and place on the baking dish. Cook for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown
  • Remove cauliflower, place on cooling rack and place in refrigerator to completely cool
  • Once cooled, place cauliflower in a food processor and mix until it’s in rice size pieces
  • Whisk the egg in a medium mixing bowl
  • Add riced cauliflower, grated cheese, starch, crushed garlic, salt, and mix well
  • Line your baking sheet with a new piece of parchment paper and spread the mixture into a round, oval or rectangle so the crust is about 1/2 – 3/4 inch thick
  • Bake at 400 degrees F until golden brown.
  • Add your favorite toppings and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes
  • Allow the pizza to cool before serving
