
This delicious morning drink that’s full of protein, vitamins and flavor will give you lots of energy and nutrients to start the day. In a blender, mix the following ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened organic cranberry juice
- Full scoop of protein powder (powdered pea protein or veggie protein – both found at health food stores)
- 1/2 cup of fresh organic blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries (can substitute with frozen fruit or 1/2 organic green apple when berries are out of season)
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon of Psyllium
- 1/2 teaspoon of Spirulina (gradually work up to full teaspoon)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Chlorella (gradually work up to full teaspoon)
- 1/2 or full dropper of Stevia (t taste)
PREPARATION
- Pour liquids, fruit and blend for 5 seconds
- Add powder and remaining ingredients, and blend for 8-10 seconds
- Drink straight away
