
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head of cabbage
- Organic olive oil
- Sea salt or Himalayan salt
- Red chili flakes
PREPARATION
- 1 head of cabbage, sliced into six, one-inch pieces
- Arrange in single layers into large baking dish
- Gently rub in 2 tablespoons organic olive oil onto each slice
- Sprinkle with sea salt or Himalayan salt to taste
- Lightly dust with red chili flakes (or ground pepper, if you prefer)
- Broil in for approximately 8 minutes until tender—do not let cabbage burn
Simple to prepare and so healthy and delicious! Serves 6 people
