Roasted Red Chili Cabbage – Healed, Healthy and Whole Kitchen

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • Organic olive oil
  • Sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • Red chili flakes

PREPARATION

  • 1 head of cabbage, sliced into six, one-inch pieces
  • Arrange in single layers into large baking dish
  • Gently rub in 2 tablespoons organic olive oil onto each slice
  • Sprinkle with sea salt or Himalayan salt to taste
  • Lightly dust with red chili flakes (or ground pepper, if you prefer)
  • Broil in for approximately 8 minutes until tender—do not let cabbage burn

Simple to prepare and so healthy and delicious! Serves 6 people
