The Healed, Healthy and Whole Kitchen: Coconut Macademia Bars

In a large bowl, combine:

  • 1   cup melted organic virgin coconut oil
  • 1   cup of organic almond butter
  • 1   cup of organic coconut manna
  • 1   cup of organic macademia nuts or walnuts
  • ½   cup of veggie chocolate protein
    powder
  • ½   cup unsweetened cacao nibs
  • 1   teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½   teaspoon salt
  • (To sweeten more, use Xylitol and/or Stevia to taste)

 

  • Cover rectangular bakng pan with parchment paper
  • Fill pan ¼ inch thick with mixture
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, take out pan and cut into squares
  • Refrigerate again for 2 hours
  • Serve chilled (or the squares will melt!)
