The Healed, Healthy and Whole Kitchen: Golden Muffin Delight

Packed with healthy ingredients and only 
3 carbohydrates, these delicious muffins explode in your mouth with flavor. A delicious complement to soups, meals or enjoy simply as a tasty, nutritious snack.

Makes 12 golden delicious muffins!


  • 1  2/3 cups almond flour
  • 2/3  cup golden flaxseed meal
  • 12 tablespoons grass fed melted butter
  • 6 ounces grass fed cream cheese
  • 12 large pasture raised eggs
  • 4 medium jalapeño peppers
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt


  • Finely chop jalapeño peppers
  • Blend together all dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix together all wet ingredients in a separate bowl
  • Pour wet into dry ingredients, mixing all the while, a little bit at a time
    (be sure cream cheese is broken up)
  • Fill muffin trays with unbleached, chlorine-free, large muffin baking cups
  • Pour batter into muffin cups
  • Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees or until golden brown and knife comes out clean
